I tell myself that I've seen it all, but in my mind I can't help but feel- there's so much more

All my memories are fading away and my bodies in decay

My inhibitions are all gone- it's like looking in a mirror, that seems so far away- and that fire and drive is gone, but that's okay.
My friends and family are fading away, and I ask myself at the end of the day, while I'm lying in bed wondering....am I goanna be the last and all alone.

You can feel it in your bones when your cold and on your own- and all alone
All my friends live the same way-dinner and a movie, and maybe a day at the beach.
Never knowing or caring what’s out there just beyond their reach.
They live their lives like the family before them, who put on a smile and say- as long as you live our way- then everything will be alright.
I lost my first love in the summer of 05, after the preacher ended the service "from dust to dust"
I think of her often, despite the daily rush.
My second to this day is the only one that keeps me grounded, and keeps me from running away.
She understands it all at the end of the day.
Whatever it is, we work it out- it may ended with an angry steer or a shout, but despite it all, she's the love of my life-from here on out. {It’s gonna be alright}{it's gonna be alright}
We're gonna live this life as we know, until we grow old.
